After meeting with Atilla and Ray from Pegasus Emlak (estate agency) in Köyceğiz, drinking their excellent filter coffee, and discussing the whole process in detail, I decided to go ahead and look for a suitable property. I was shown around a number of sites and given all the information I needed to decide on the best one for me. I chose a house which had the ‘wow factor’ for me and the agency negotiated on my behalf with the owner. Because of Ray & Atilla’s local knowledge and excellent English, I was able arrange a mutually agreeable and fair price and the sale was completed within a short time. Not being a fan of government bureaucracy I was glad of the expertise of Atilla who made the whole process very easy for me, as all I had to do was drink the coffee! February 2006David & Tina Burrows - Staffordshire UK 'David and I first met Ray of Pegasus Emlak in February of 2006, at which point we had decided to purchase a new apartment in Ortaca, We had been looking for ages and could not find anything within our budget, Needless to say just as we were about to make our deposit payment the developer decided to raise the price by 25%, with the assistance of Ray this was soon reduced back to the original asking price, even though we found out sometime later that the locals had also bought at the increased price! Ray took care of everything the tapu is in my name and we completed on schedule. Without hesitation I would recommend Ray and Pegasus Emlak whole heartedly.
